- Who needs an account?

An account is needed in order for any user to log in to our website and use the
paid services provided by Kofile. If you reach a point where an account is needed,
the system will prompt you for an User Name and Password and offer you the chance
to create an account.

- How do I set up an account?

To set up an account the first step is to click the Sign Up link on the screen.
The link will take you to the New Account screen. On this screen you will need to
create a user name, password, and valid email address. After that information is
correctly entered select the create user button.
- How to I purchase a Subscription and Print Credits?

To be able to view and print images, a subscription and print credits will be needed.
To purchase a subscription and print credits, log into the site with your username
and password. Click the Account link; this will take you to the Account Management
Section, click the Buy Subscription / Print Credits link.
- What is the cost for a subscription?

Fees are charged based on the subscription selected in the account set-up. Current
fees are listed here.
* Subscription will only allow you to view the image. Print Credits will need to
be purchased to print the image. *
- What is the cost for Print credits?

Print credits are charged based on the number selected in the account set-up. Current
fees are listed here.
- Will my print credits expire?

If you have print credits remaining when the subscription purchased expires, the
print credits will not expire. Purchase a new subscription and you will be able
to use the remaining print credits.
- What method of payment is accepted?

The accepted payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
- How do I change my Password and/or email address?

To change your password or registered email address, log into the site with your
current username and password. Click the Account link, this will take you to the
Account Management section, then select the change email link or the change password
link.
- Can I view my Billing History?

To view the billing history log into the site with your current username and password.
Click the Account link, this will take you to the Account Management section, then
select the Billing History link.
- Can I view my Order History?

To view order history, log into the site with your current username and password.
Click the Order Link, this will take you to the Order History section, then select
any order you would like to view.
